Overview
The Crew Clash is a two-day premier esports competition featuring elite talent across both 3v3 Pro-Am and 5v5 Pro-Am formats. Designed to test versatility, strategy, and teamwork, Crew Clash crowns individual champions in each format before concluding with the Crew Clash Finals — a best-of-seven hybrid series that determines the ultimate Crew Clash Champion.

Roster Requirements:

Each crew must register all members. All 50 crew members can compete as long as registered.
- Crew members can only play on one crew.

A screenshot displaying all members is required.

All Gamer Tags and PSN IDs must be clearly visible.

Recommended: capture screenshots directly from console (OneDrive app on Xbox or PS App on PlayStation) and download to phone for upload.

Crew Name & Logos

Crews must use the same name and logo across both 3v3 and 5v5 formats.
-
Example: A crew cannot be Power Rangers in 3v3 and Tigers in 5v5. Both must remain consistent.

All crews are required to include “UPA” in their name for both formats.

Court Design Requirements

Both 3v3 and 5v5 courts must follow the official UPA Crew Clash design with the Crew Clash logo at center court.

The official template will be distributed in Discord.

Proof of compliant courts is required at check-in.
Streaming Requirements

All teams are required to stream matches.
Day 1 – Group Play:
-
Teams may stream on their own platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) if account details are submitted at check-in.

Failure to stream will result in a forfeit.
Day 2 – Championship Sunday:
-
Teams must stream from official UPA accounts for championship rounds and key matchups.

All players must be in their designated UPA Discord voice channels while playing.

Crews must cooperate with UPA staff for broadcast quality.
Broadcast Integrity:

All overlays and face cams must be turned off.
-
All matches will be broadcast on twitch.tv/unifiedproam.
Game Results Submission

The winning team must submit results after every game.
-
Box scores must be posted in the designated Discord channel.
-
Results must be clearly labeled with both team names and the winner.
-
Screenshots are required and must be clear and legible.
-
Failure to submit results may result in the game being replayed.
Check-In

Check-in opens 30 minutes before game time each day.

Players must check in using the exact Gamer Tag/PSN ID submitted at registration.

Managed by UPA admins in Discord (instructions provided).

Only players who check in are eligible to compete that day.

Failure to check in on time = forfeit.

Please respect the schedule — crews are expected to remain available the entire day until eliminated.

Rules

All players must be registered under their correct gamertags.
-
Substitutions must be confirmed prior to the start of each day.
-
Match times strictly enforced — teams not ready may forfeit.
-
Unregistered players, alternate accounts, or dishonesty may result in forfeits and/or fines.

Forfeits = 0 points during group play and elimination in brackets.
Punctuality & Match Flow:

Teams must be ready to play within 10 minutes of scheduled start.
-
Failure to comply may result in forfeiture.
-
Delays outside admin-approved exceptions will not be tolerated.
-
UPA tournament policies and community guidelines apply.
Code of Conduct

All participants must uphold the highest standards of professionalism and sportsmanship.
-
Respect opponents, teammates, admins, and broadcast staff at all times.
-
Toxic behavior (harassment, hate speech, excessive trash talk, etc.) will not be tolerated and may result in removal.

Cheating or exploiting glitches will result in disqualification.
-
All crews and players represent the UPA community both on and off stream.
